Dr. Angie Wathan has a passion for helping families, including children, reach their true health potential. She has been doing so since she graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004.
Dr. Angie and her husband, Jesse Wathan, opened Wathan Chiropractic in Wilton on June 1st 2005 and on June 1st 2010 they opened a Muscatine Clinic for the convience of their patients. They have three beautiful children, Josie and twin boys Justin & Jarret. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with family, gardening, cooking, and being outdoors. Dr. Angie is involved in numerous community activities. She is an active volunteer for the Wilton Mentoring Program, Junior Achievement, and Partners in Education, and the Cornerstone Christian School in Wilton. Dr. Angie is also a member of both the Wilton and Muscatine Chamber of Commerce, the Iowa Chiropractic Society, International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association, and the American Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Angie’s passion for family care & children's health led her to receive additional training after graduating from Palmer College. She has specialized training in taking care of children and working with mothers' throughout pregnancy. Dr. Angie also has additional training in CranioSacral Therapy, which is a specialized technique that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. She also enjoys helping her patients optimize their nutrition, giving their body a strong foundation for healing.
Dr. Angie’s experience has shown her and numerous patients the miracles of chiropractic care. She knows that, through gentle spinal adjustments, your nervous system works better, many childhood health conditions such as ADD/ADHD, Epilepsy/Seizures of unknown origin, Ear Infection, Bedwetting, Colic, Headaches, Fibromyalgia and Frequent Illness seem to improve and often resolve all on their own, helping your whole family with better health through chiropractic!
